    Smile What kind of habit do I want to follow up before going to sleep?

    Sleep is the most important thing for me because it'll help me to start the next day with freshness. My dear friends, please give me your tips for good sleep.

    1. நல்ல சுவையான உணவுகளை உண்ணுங்கள்.
    2. பாய் தலையணை மற்றும் போர்வையை எடுத்துகொண்டு படுக்கைக்கு செல்லவும்.
    3. நிம்மதியாக உறங்குங்கள்

    1. Eat your dinner 2 or 3 hours before your bedtime
    2. Stop using your phone 1 hour before your sleep
    3. Wear comfortable clothes
    4. Don't think about the problems you have faced that day, Just forget about them and keep your mind relax

    These above things help you to have a good sleep at night.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
