    Have you ever felt lonely? It's good or bad?

    Most of the people like to live with their family and some people like to live alone. In my opinion i like to live alone Is it right to feel like that? share your own thoughts and experiences with me.

    If I talk honestly, Yes Sometimes I've felt alone. But It's not good. Because If we felt alone, We can't do anything. We totally lost our life. So we need to stop feeling lonely and overcome depression.




    Fist you need to understand why you feel lonely even though you have friends. then
    Accept It as a feeling.
    Maintain and enhance relationships without any egos.
    Disconnect from social media and try to mingle with your best people.
    Try to enjoy your own self
    Get out of your comfort zone




    I hope the above points will help you to overcome depression of loneliness

    Hello Tomhardy,

    In my point of view, If you feel sad, you would like to be lonely in that time only. but it's not suitable for all the time. You can not be alone all the time, because according to life situations, we will need somebody. So loneliness is temporary in our life. I hope your life will change your mind with your partner.Be happy.

    Loneliness is a feeling that we experience when we are fed up with our life and think like there is no one in this world at that time we want to live our life alone.But we have to realize that it's a temporary feeling and when things get better in our life we want to socialize and live a happy life with our loved ones. So don't give so much attention to your lonely feeling just let it flow through,when you overcome that feel you automatically become normal.just train yourself to live in the present moment.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
