When somebody come to us and shares that they have been diagnosed with a physical illness. We don't say "If you want to feel better,you should think positive" or "you are exaggerating things, we all have problems in life." But sadly we say those kind things when people share about there mental illness. we are in the need to change our attitude in regards of mental health. We need to talk about mental health like the way we talk about physical health. Going to a therapy or workshop should be treated as the same as going to a personal trainer or workout. We need to understand that like the muscles need workout the same way our mind need therapy for it's better function.

Do you guys agree with my thoughts? Should we treat mental health in the same way we treat physical health?
