    Do we follow what we read??

    We read about motivation, self management, fitness, diet, spirituality and many other things which helps us to be better. But in reality, are we following them in our day today life? Please share if you took something seriously and following it till date.

    One thing I seriously following till date is waking up early and making my bed before I start my morning routine, I am doing this from the past 3 years.This habit is inspired by my reading as I read making our bed after we wake up give us a positive start for the day and it's true.But I personally do not follow all the things I have read but I experience that my readings directly or indirectly impacting my actions,So I think reading itself have an influence in our life.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Well written answer. I do make my bed often too and this gives me a happy start. I play music to get up from the bed and walk faster for an active start. And I agree that reading will have an influence in our life.

    Recently I started to do morning walk and It gives me a energetic start for the day.Hope I will continue it without any fail (self-promise).

    That's great. I'm not a morning person but I walk 2kms after my work daily and I love to walk.
