How do you add plugins to Adobe Premiere Pro CC?

I've been experimenting with Adobe Premiere recently and I'm looking for ways to add plugins to it, to make the edited videos somewhat colourful and fun!
What are the steps to add a plugin in Premiere?

Go to Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Common > Plugins > 7.0 > Media Core > NewBlueFX and move all your plugins out of the folder (you can place them on your desktop temporarily)
Open Finder and click Go > Go to Folder and type ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Pro.
