What is the reason for increasing rate in child rape and murder?

The only reason could be the lack of knowledge in dealing with mentally unstable people. Those sadists who get pleasure from hurting innocent souls have a serious mental problem, but we brush it off as a natural men behavior. That's where the problem starts.

Totally agree with you Shana,raping a child is not a natural behavior, As you said it's a mental issue (Psycho),Our society should take proper action to treat these kind of people.
