Looking at the ceiling, I imagine everything around me and that makes me feel like I'm living in a parallel universe. It simply makes me happy.

It's really different @Shana, Now I understand one thing. Everyone have unique methods to keep them self happy. I have this kind of habit, not in a room but sit on a beach and watch the waves makes me calm mostly.

It's not really that different. Try it once. Just sit somewhere and stare at a place. That's all it needs. I think of all the alternate endings of my life, think of something, think of nothing, or even think of a song. Just sit, stare and think. Since there aren't any beaches in my place, I just do this instead. Cost effective, you see.

I'll try to do this, the point that you say "Cost Effective" is cool.
