For some extent we all are people pleasers,And that's okay wanting to be approved of and loved is natural.When you try to please everyone that's when it becomes a problem.It's making you ill.because you want everyone to like/love you.You can't take disapproval So pleasing everyone seems to be the answer.the safe way to guard yourself against conflicts and confrontation in relationships,whether it's family,friends or work.This when you fail to speak up whats in you mind and fail to be the real you.



Do you agree with me that in the process to please everyone around us we are losing our real self?

It's not necessary to please everybody for F**** Reasons. They didn't live your life. Just move on!
