Cinema industry do have gender equality and equity comparing to any other industries in Sri Lanka... The thing is we have to find girls who are passionate about films. There are lack of women technicians in Sri Lanka which is not the fault of gender opression in the country. But surely there are many struggles that women have to overcome than a man.
