Yes, I too have bad food habits. Because I often crave junk foods. Now I'm using healthy substitutes for those junk foods. For example having yogurt instead of ice cream, fruits instead of short eats.
Same here Adiza, Earlier I too crave for junk foods but now I reduce the consumption of junk foods and eating more fruits.
