Even after major debates on feminism and women empowerment, still most of the people, both men and women oppose when a women wants to do a night shift works.
They blame the security system and some even say that women have to take care of their children.


What could be the actual reasons behind this? Share your views.

Some People think it's not safe for the women to work at night,But there is a ridiculous myth in our society that women who work at the night are characterless that's why most of the parents didn't allow their daughter to work at night.
