Even after major debates on feminism and women empowerment, still most of the people, both men and women oppose when a women wants to do a night shift works.
They blame the security system and some even say that women have to take care of their children.

Sexual harassment can happen on the day time as well. So it's ridiculous to say that people only get harassed in the night. Our society should change it's mindset.
