True creating enough vacancies will really help to reduce beggary,But it's in the government hand, as a normal citizen what we can do to reduce beggary?

The solution is creating job opportunities, and finding out the needs of the beggars, however it is a must to deal with all the beggars since they are the citizens of the country as well,

We can start by respecting differently abled and mentally unfit people as human beings too. If we care for them starting from our own families, then no differently abled person or mentally ill or old people would be on the streets asking for money. It's always in our hands.

Totally agree with you.If we respect and care the differently able and mentally challenge people in our own families.
We can reduce the amount of beggary in our society.
