Why do some people act differently in person than while chatting ?

It is actually the comfort of being behind the keyboard that's all. All nasty comments or all lovely words in social media doesn't portray the true self. People just feel brave when they can't show their faces.

Totally agree with you, Anonymity give the power to the people to talk whatever they want to talk. And they use it to satisfy their sadistic side.
