Hi all,
As Sri Lankan's our main food is Rice. But Rice is majorly consist of carbohydrate and it may lead for various diseases.
In some instances doctors recommend not to eat white rice and have red rice for the meal.
Can someone explain the health benefits of having rice in our meals?
Is it good to consume rice for whole 3 meals?
