Do you have any solutions for Drug/Alcohol abuse?

availability of drugs have increased in recent times. In some areas around Collombo, most of the drug dealers are kids and teenagers and some of the consumers are also teenagers. This leads to lack of education and drags them away from the society. Anti- social and violent behavior are not just the course of alcohol. It depends on how the particular person is socialized. I have seen people behaving decently after being drunk.
