These are a really nice way to take care of ourselves, I have to add 5 to 6 things from your list to mine.
The extra things I do for my self-care are
1. Daily talk with myself like accepting my own wrongdoings in a day and appreciate the things I did better
2. Recalling my day and evaluate my day to day progress in life.
