First thing 6 am is a convenient time, not too early or too late and in this hour you won't disturb by other emergencies or works so you can easily maintain your workout consistency. Exercise also boosts your endorphins which help you to increase blood circulation, brain function and boosts your mood as well that help you to be energetic and productive for the rest of the day. So I recommend 6 am to 7 am for the workout.
