One thing I seriously following till date is waking up early and making my bed before I start my morning routine, I am doing this from the past 3 years.This habit is inspired by my reading as I read making our bed after we wake up give us a positive start for the day and it's true.But I personally do not follow all the things I have read but I experience that my readings directly or indirectly impacting my actions,So I think reading itself have an influence in our life.
