I don't like the word 'hate' so what I do is if there comes any perpetual situation, I choose to become 'void' towards that particular person. This means their actions won't bother me anymore. They become an unknown third person. Thus, I can make peace within myself and try to focus on different important things.
So you mentally ignore that particular person and become neutral towards that person,right?
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
