    Never Eat These Eight Foods After Your 30

    Unhealthy foods are not good to have at any age, but when we turn 30 our body automatically becomes less progressive to digest the junk foods. As we approach our middle age, we increase our risk of developing certain diseases and our diet plays a huge role in the prevention of those diseases. So, here is the list of foods that you shouldn't eat after your 30.

    1. Flavored yogurt
    2. Foods with a straw
    3. White bread
    4. Store-bought baked goods
    5. Farmed fish
    6. Fruit juice
    7. Soy
    8. Microwave popcorn with butter
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    I can't believe this points because we are ready to live our life after 30 so how can we avoid these foods, In your point of view we can't be strong after 30 ,am i right?

    After 30 our body will started to loose its strength, Especially in women they started loose their immunity,bone density and etc. So we become vulnerable to diseases like diabetics,cholesterol and joint diseases So reducing the consumption of the above foods help us to prevent those diseases.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
