You're right Wanot , If we ask these questions to ourselves we can easily find out our bad habits and with a proper action we can break them. Here are some tips to break bad habits.


  • Find out the reason for your bad habit
  • Deal with that reason
  • Create a substitute for that reason
  • Slowly implement those substitute plan into action
  • Get support from your family or friends to overcome those bad habits
  • When you achieve small improvement then reward yourself
  • Be persistent and patient with yourself
