Could stricter traffic laws prevent serious accidents ?

Already they follow strict rules, but it's bypassed in another way. So not only rules will reduce the accident I think, the drivers must follow the rules properly. It will reduce the amount of accidents.

You're right .Rules are already there we people are not following it. we should strictly follow the rules for our own good.
