I can understand your emotional state. It happens in life. The people we love the most are the ones who hurt us the most. the reason is we expect the same love,care and understanding from them that we are giving to them. And when we didn't receive those things from them we get terribly hurt and broken. Remember one thing we can't expect people to love us the same way we are loving them. When you learn to love people without the expectation to receiving that love back then only you can avoid these kind of hurts (I know it's very difficult to be like that because everyone of us want to be loved, but with practice you can learn to love people without expectation). When you try to keep distance from your loved ones it will hurt you more, so learn to love them without expectation this way you can avoid their actions and behavior to hurt you. Don't hurt yourself for their behaviors. Just love yourself enough to ignore them. Be happy girl
