Thread: Do you think helping a road accident victim will cause you problem?

In most road accidents, people don't come forward to help the victim as they will end up in legal tangles. It is inhumane. But at the same time it will be a civil/criminal liable to the volunteer. What will you do in the same situation?

Well said We can't change the society all together.But for sure we can act as human in the situation and be the change

If you're a real human being then you should always go and help the person.

But the problem is facing legal consequences after helping the victim. Don't you think this kind of legal tangles making people more selfish by not helping others?

Helping the victim is the option that most of the people will select. For me also it is same. Because we all are human and we have that ability and the habbit of helping ech other. That is real humanity.

Yes , one of the question I was looking for. People are afraid of the legals I mean all of us that is making us selfish!

Sure legal consequences often make us think twice,but in these kind of situation humanity is more important than any other problems.Just think if you are leaving a person without helping him or her in the fear of legal issue and later found that the person was dead because he/she didn't receive the help at the proper time. Can you able to forgive yourself? The answer is definitely no. So it's always a best way to do what we can do at that time to save the person life than worrying about legal issues.
