    You can have cereals like green gram, chick pea, boiled eggs for breakfast time, which is high in protein as well as easy to prepare.
    Fruits can fulfill your small cravings at evening.

    Thank you for your suggestions Srb.But I think we couldn't actually manage preparing boiled eggs in the mornings

    I think boiled egg is best choice,it's easy to prepare and high in nutrition. Sometimes I do have boiled egg as my breakfast.It's good filling never make you feel hungry.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
