    Talking Suggest some healthy foods for hostelers

    As an undergraduate I know the difficulties we have to face when residing in a hostel or a boarding house.The main part is managing our health where food plays a major role!Noodles and biscuits are like life saviors for many hostelers in most situations where they don't have any food left.It's not only about having nothing but having the same thing everydayI think you'll get what I'm saying.So suggest some interesting and healthy diet ideas especially for hostelers which would help to brighten up their day
    Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!

    You can have cereals like green gram, chick pea, boiled eggs for breakfast time, which is high in protein as well as easy to prepare.
    Fruits can fulfill your small cravings at evening.

    Thank you for your suggestions Srb.But I think we couldn't actually manage preparing boiled eggs in the mornings

    If you wish to do it by yourself with in 10 mintutm here is a list of healthy foods. Quick Recipes

    But onething I need to mention, you seems like seak for some food not only helathy but also tasty. I eat almost everything what I get in hostel. Because survival is most important than taste.

    You can make your noodles healthier by adding more vegetables to it, And also you can replace your biscuits with fruits which is more healthier.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    I checked out the link, almost everything mentioned there are healthy but I'm not sure about its taste.I agree with you Survival is than importanthe than taste BUT NOT ALWAYS��.

    Really I care about taste all the time but the hunger teach me this great lesson survival is important. Really if you consider more on taste wake up early and try some sandwich type of foods. which is really easy to make and less time consuming to do.
