It is good in sense of good cause. Sometimes it is better unaware of some incident/thing. But if hiding the truth inspire of irrespective and dishonest it is not acceptable. Anyhow the impact of lie will be hit back sooner or later.

Agree with you, I Believe the same If we hide the truth it will come out some day, That time consequence will be double,So it's better say truth than hiding it.
