Which is seriously not a good thing plus I've also met alot of people who wanted to always change this habit of getting angry instantly because they've had lost quiet a lot in their life because of their anger. Do some exercise when you feel anger it will help you to reduce your anger, follow some relaxation methods and watch some funny clips to distract your mind from anger. Hope these tips are helpful to you.
