Hello Everyone!

Anger is a terrible thing which exists among all of us and comes out at times unconsciously, I've met several people who used to get angry just like that in a millisecond!

Which is seriously not a good thing plus I've also met alot of people who wanted to always change this habit of getting angry instantly because they've had lost quiet a lot in their life because of their anger. We all know that there're many ''ANGER MANAGEMENTS'' out there, but I personally think that spending a month will only bring a temporary change within us


Guys, Do you guys know any self ways to manage our instant anger? if so kindly share us your ideas!
