In a stressful life the time we’re happy is very less. But we all seek for the happiness outside but not it is. Feel happy by little things that you do.
Here are some tips to follow,
- Go to sleep when you tired.
- Celebrate Small victories.
- Put down your electronics at least an hour.
- Learn something new always.
- Don’t dwell for too long.
