Thread: What is the best age to get in to the social medias??

Hi all,
Can you remember your small age? At that time how often your interact with Digital devices? It was very very low. But now small children are in the habit of using digital devices from the small age.
Throgh that when they are from age 10-12 most of them tend to make social media accounts especially a Facebook account. Is that ok to have a FB account from that age?
What is the best age for a child to get into social media? Give me some points in your point of view

I prefer after 14 years it is okay to have a social media account. Because 14 is good for understanding the issues, risks related to having a social media account. So they can handle it well.

I cant Imgaing why you select the age 14 is okay to have a social media account. 14th is just a growing period of a child. Is it Ok to have a social media account at that age ? Do you have any scientifically proven data or you just state your opinion?

Agree with you Adiza, at 14 children become mature enough to understand the life issues, also they're well aware of the outcomes from the misuse of social media so they know how to maintain their social media profiles in a proper way.
