Hello Friends,
I read this statement on the internet " sitting is the new way of smoking" which means sitting is as dangerous as smoking. isn't it? And nowadays most of us sit for a long time as we work on computers and laptops. So, does mean we are inviting more health issue by sitting for long hours?
