Regular exercise and balance diet is the best way to loose weight. every day morning at least spend 30 minutes for exercise.Take more protein,fruits,veggies and water in your diet.And the biggest challenge I am facing now is to cope with the physical and mental health issues of mine. I tried several methods but still I couldn't find a solution.
