It's the mystery of language. It can be turned against anyone and used for anything. She expressed the same point from a touching perspective which affected the people who walked by.

True Shana, we should see everything in a positive way then we can achieve anything, words are like a painting brush we should use them to draw a lovely painting in people's heart.
