I wake up early morning at 4.30. Its good time for reading and exercise. Everyday I keep my body and dress very clean and neat.
Here I share some of the tips for good habits that improve our health.
Sleep between seven and eight hours.
Spend more time in outside with nature.
Stop drinking soda.
Drink more water
Make healthy food
Exercise regularly
Stay active
wake up early morning , doing workout in the morning and properly finish my eating habits.its make as a health person .
